The Bac Giang Provincial People’s Committee has approved detailed planning for the expansion of the Yen Son - Bac Lung Industrial Park (IP).

Covering 184.38 ha in the northern province, the IP will be developed into a multi-industry and high-technology complex, focusing on key industries such as steel, industrial machinery, household appliances, telecommunications device production, and robotics manufacturing.

The province targets developing 29 IPs by 2030 on a total area of around 7,000 ha.

Under its master planning in 2021-2030, which was approved by the Prime Minister, areas allocated for IPs must ensure to meet requirements about transport connections, infrastructure, and waste collection and treatment services.
