According to the approved plan, the project covers a total area of approximately 33.04 ha, situated within the central lake core of the Thu Thiem New Urban Area.

This transition moves the system from manual processing toward the integration of Information Technology (IT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) throughout the entire civil judgment enforcement workflow.
By 2030, the city aims for 100% of public transport vehicles to utilize clean energy, while strongly encouraging the transition of private and freight vehicles to green energy sources.
The applicable subjects include the Chairperson, Vice Chairpersons, and members of the Executive Council; personnel working in the Assisting Body and the Advisory Council; and other relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals.
The area is set to develop into a hub for economy, culture, tourism, and services, as well as a major transportation node for Vietnam's North Central region.
