The Ministry of Transport has selected key service providers for the under-construction Long Thanh International Airport in southern Dong Nai province. 

Vietnam Air Catering Joint Stock Company has been chosen to supply food and beverage services. The company has a proven track record in catering at major international airports in Vietnam.

For aircraft maintenance services, Vietnam Airlines Engineering Company (VAECO) has been awarded the contract. VAECO, a subsidiary of Vietnam Airlines, is certified by numerous aviation authorities, including the FAA and EASA, enabling it to service a wide range of aircraft types.

Additionally, a joint venture between Saigon Ground Services Joint Stock Company and Hanoi Ground Services Joint Stock Company will provide maintenance, repair, and ground technical services for aviation equipment. Both companies have extensive experience in airport operations and services.

According to the Ministry of Transport, these service providers have experience in aircraft equipment maintenance, repair, and ground service technical services at airports in Vietnam.
