On the evening of September 24, the CT Group held an intimate exchange program called HR Dinner, attended by leaders of prestigious universities and employers in Vietnam. The CT Group also launched its Talent Acquisition Center (TAC) with seven domestic departments, including one in Hanoi and an international suite.
The CT Group has joined together with leading universities and employers to create an ideal development environment for young talent. In economies that are undergoing breakthroughs, governments, organizations, and enterprises are constantly improving their global talent competitiveness, increasing the Global Talent Competitiveness Index to meet the requirements of Industry 4.0 in science and technology.
In addition to finding the right people who are ready to transform the world, the CT Group also offers new doctrines about startup talent, as more than 90 per cent of Vietnamese startups go bankrupt in the first three years. Closely linked with startup programs in Israel and Finland, the CT Group is actively preparing to develop Vietnam’s intellectual brand in a scientific and effective manner, preventing unnecessary startup failures while the country remains relatively impoverished in both economics and science and technology.
In technology, the annual “Seeds of Goodness” program is part of the CT Group’s ESG (environmental, social, governance) development strategy, which balances economic development with long-term responsibility towards society, creating the conditions to develop the seeds of goodness and developing the “leaders without the title” of a future society.
Building a system for the early identification of young talent at school and supporting poor students to study well are among the TAC’s missions.
Human development a delightful mission
“Human resources are always a key and long-term affair,” Mr. Tran Kim Chung, Chairman of the CT Group, told those who have sown “Seeds of Goodness”. Entering a 30-year plan for a second time, the Group plans to repeat its 30-year miracle once more, according to Mr. Chung. “If we have strong and complete cooperation in human affairs, and gather talent from other countries to participate in Vietnam’s development, we would be able to wave the nation’s flag in all countries around the world,” he added.
People are considered the key factor in the Group’s development strategy, as it focuses on comprehensive human development. It has a “360-degree policy”, which specifically cares for the development of material and spiritual lives in all aspects and is constantly improved according to the “Kaizen” opinions of officials and employees. The market is impressed with the fact that the CT Group awards cars to employees every year, each of whom is immersed in an open and especially loving environment.
Aspiring to bring Vietnam into the rhythm of Industry 4.0, the CT Group aims to recruit tens of thousands of high-quality personnel working in Vietnam and representative offices abroad. A large-scale HR revolution is being prepared by the corporation.
Collecting intellectual resources
The CT Group launched the Talent Acquisition Center to express its message emphasizing its important role in human development. The TAC is seeking exceptional talent in the field of human development, gathered by world-class domestic and foreign experts, who will go through a rigorous selection process and be specifically trained. The program was inspired by West Point Academy in the US, where many high-ranking military leaders are trained, building a comprehensive system of study promotion, talent promotion, and career promotion so that talented people have the opportunity to unleash their energy together to create a resource for the country. The CT Group is determined to realize its aspiration to bring Vietnam into Industry 4.0, which is developing rapidly today.
