The Da Nang City People's Council has issued Resolution No. 57/2024/NQ-HĐND, establishing a comprehensive policy to develop human resources in the fields of semiconductor microchips and artificial intelligence (AI).

The initiative aims to attract experts, scientists, and professionals to the city, with an estimated budget of approximately VND873 billion ($34.4 million).

To support this goal, the city has introduced several outstanding policies designed to attract high-quality talent.
