The Da Nang Venture and Angel Summit 2026 (DAVAS 2026) officially opened on May 26 in central Da Nang city, bringing together more than 30 prominent investors and investment funds from Singapore, Japan, South Korea, the US, Vietnam, and the Philippines, representing more than $5 billion in investment capital ready for deployment.

Held under the theme “Innovation Meets Global Investment” and the message “Ideas Soar, Capital Flows,” the forum is part of Da Nang’s strategy to advance science, technology, and digital transformation.

The event attracted over 120 international experts and speakers, alongside more than 70 startup support organizations. A total of 62 innovative startups and projects in sectors such as technology, education, healthcare, Web3, blockchain, fintech, and artificial intelligence had an opportunity to pitch directly to investors.

A key highlight of DAVAS 2026 is its structured fundraising sessions, where startups present in dealroom-style pitches, with each project given 15 minutes for in-depth discussions and Q&A with potential investors. The format is designed to improve fundraising prospects while helping founders refine business models and investor communication skills.

The forum also features side events including the DAVAS Champion Golf Tournament, the Web3 Developers Conference 2026, and investment networking discussions.

DAVAS 2026 underscores Da Nang’s growing reputation not only as a leading tourism destination but also as an emerging regional hub for innovation and venture capital.
