Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023 opens

Some 113 exhibitors from 19 countries and territories are showcasing products at the second International Food & Drink, Hotel, Restaurant, Bakery & Foodservice Equipment, Supplies and Services Exhibition (Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023).

Taking place from November 21-23 in Vietnam’s capital, the expo features booths of exhibitors from Vietnam, Australia, Canada, mainland China, France, Germany, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, the Philippines, Taiwan (China), Thailand, and the US, and will attract the participation of 12 international groups.

With an expansive exhibition area on over 6,000 sq m, Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023 is expected to attract more than 6,500 trade visitors.

Speaking at the event, BT Tee, General Manager at Informa Markets, said the expo creates a venue for people to connect, engage in conversations, and actively discuss the F&B and hotel sector.

Besides the display area, Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023 will also host a series of programs, including a Summit on Green Economy, Digital Economy, and Business Productivity in the Restaurant and Food Industry; the Hanoi Salon Culinaire; the Vietnam Barista Competition; and the Vietnam Aromaster Championship.
