US magazine Travel + Leisure recently selected Ha Long Bay in northern Quang Ninh province as one of most stunning places to watch the sunrise and sunset in Asia.

The best way to explore the world heritage bay is a two-night cruise, which enables visitors to enjoy the beauty of the bay when the sun rises and sets.

Other destinations in the report include Kuakata Beach in Bangladesh, Romblon Island in the Philippines, and Kenting beach in Taiwan (China).

Earlier, editor of the US magazine Condé Nast Traveler selected Ha Long Bay and Mu Cang Chai in the north of Vietnam as among the world’s 40 most colorful places “to brighten up winter days.”
