Representatives from 2,500 domestic and foreign businesses are expected to gather at the Vietnam International Travel Mart (VITM) in Hanoi from April 13-16 to seek cooperative opportunities and partners.
With the theme “Culture tourism”, the fair is aimed at encouraging travel companies to invest in developing new tourism products through making the most of Vietnam’s unique traditional culture and cultural heritage values.
It will feature 450 pavilions from over 50 localities nationwide and 15 countries and territories around the world, according to the Organizing Board.
A forum on the development of cultural tourism in Vietnam will be held on the sidelines of the fair, together with tourism promotion programs introducing attractive cultural tourism tours to Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Thai Nguyen in Vietnam and Nepal, Indonesia, and Taiwan (China).
