According to a Savills report on Hanoi’s real estate market in the third quarter of this year, office space for rent reached 2.16 million sq m, an increase of 1 per cent quarter-on-quarter and 2 per cent year-on-year.
Since 2019, the supply of Grade A, Grade B, and Grade C office space in the capital has increased 4 per cent, 5 per cent, and 1 per cent, respectively.
Hanoi’s western region, including Cau Giay, Bac Tu Liem, and Nam Tu Liem districts, occupies 41 per cent of the total market share, or 875,800 sq m.
New office space rented in the third quarter stood at 44,500 sq m, the highest quarterly figure since 2020.
Grade A office space continues to be most attractive, especially for foreign companies.
