The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee has approved a plan building a platform for e-service, called “HCM Citizen E-Services”.

All online public services in the southern city will be integrated into a united digital platform providing public services in a digital environment.

Citizens need only an internet account and an app on a mobile device to log in to all public service portals of State agencies.

The municipal Department of Information and Communications is tasked with monitoring, supporting, and coordinating the plan’s implementation.

It is scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of 2024.
