The Management Board of Hue City's Economic and Industrial Zones in central Vietnam has invited investors to register their interest in developing infrastructure for the La Son Industrial Park – Zone No. 2, a project valued at nearly VND1.71 trillion ($68.3 million).
According to the investment invitation, the project will cover approximately 225.6 hectares in Hung Loc Commune, central Hue City. It aims to develop and operate industrial park infrastructure in line with the approved master plan.
Investors are required to contribute at least 15% in equity. The remaining capital will be mobilized from other lawful funding sources.
The industrial park will operate for 50 years from the date the land is leased by the State. Construction and commissioning must be completed within three years after land allocation and site handover.
La Son Industrial Park – Zone No. 2 enjoys strong transport connectivity, with easy access to the Cam Lo–La Son Expressway, National Highway 1, Provincial Road 14B and the La Son–Chan May route. The site is also linked to Thuan An and Chan May seaports, Phu Bai International Airport, and will benefit from the planned North–South high-speed railway, enhancing its appeal to manufacturers and logistics investors.
