to deliver close to 3,000 homes in Vietnam in 2026.
The design concept, inspired by a “city of light,” is expressed through architecture, landscaping, and communal spaces that respond to natural light and movement. Designed by StudioMilou as the lead architect, with interiors curated in collaboration with design consultants SuMisura and 2ND Edition, Lumi Hanoi creates an environment that feels calm, connected, and distinctly urban.
Its location along Thang Long Highway, with access to Ring Road 3.5, further connects residents to key business, education, healthcare, retail, and leisure destinations as well as future metro line expansions. For homeowners, this balance of urban access and green living is part of Lumi Hanoi’s long-term appeal.
