The Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee has given the green light to a project to build an urban service and sea tourism area in the central province’s Tinh Khe commune.
The project will cover more than 22,480 sq m, including over 4,376 sq m for commercial housing, over 4,200 sq m for villas, and more than 4,000 sq m for hotels.
Total investment is estimated at over VND439 billion ($18.5 million). Investors will contribute around 20 per cent while the remainder will be mobilized from commercial banks.
Under its tourism development master plan to 2025 and vision towards 2030, Quang Ngai will focus on speeding up planning and investment in technical infrastructure and tourism service infrastructure, develop tourism products such as sea and island tourism, cultural tourism, and eco-tourism, and boost the quality of local human resources to meet growing demand.
