Authorities in Ho Chi Minh City and the four neighboring provinces of Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Long An, and Ba Ria-Vung Tau have discussed investment in the construction of the Ring Road No. 3 and No. 4 projects.

Ring Road No. 3 will pass through Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai, Binh Duong, and Long An provinces at a total length of more than 76 km. Construction will cost over VND75 trillion ($3.21 billion), and the road is expected to open to traffic from 2026.

Ring Road No. 4, meanwhile, will stretch 200 km in total, passing through Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Long An, and Ba Ria-Vung Tau provinces. Total investment is estimated at over VND100 trillion ($4.2 billion), and the road is scheduled to open to traffic in the first quarter of 2028.
