Among the Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC)’s key orientations for 2022 is to decisively handle loss-making projects and inefficient investments, while continuing to accelerate the restructuring of State-owned enterprises (SOEs) and the equitization and divestment of investment capital.
