$310mln needed for 3 highway upgrades in Mekong Delta
Total expected investment on renovating and upgrading National Highways No. 53, 62, and 91B in the Mekong Delta is more than VND7.1 trillion ($310.17 million), of which loans from the World Bank (WB) will total VND5.7 trillion ($250 million). The project is to be implemented over four years, from 2023 to 2026.
