Japan donates additional vaccine doses
Japan has provided 400,000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine to Vietnam, bringing its total donation to the country to 3.58 million doses.
Vietnam receives vaccines from Germany
Vietnam received 852,480 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine supported by the German Government on September 16, bringing the total number of doses received through the COVAX mechanism to 12,578,110.
Poland donates Covid-19 vaccine to Vietnam
The Polish Government has decided to donate more than 501,000 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine to Vietnam and has ceded 3 million additional doses and donated medical equipment and supplies worth $4 million. Vietnam is the first non-European country to which Poland has provided vaccines and medical equipment.
