Guidance is very much needed to clarify an Article in the new Law on Credit Institutions regarding the provision of bancassurance.

The digitization of banking products and services is now common in local banks. According to a survey by the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), 95 per cent of banks have built a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, of which 39 per cent have approved the strategy or integrated it with plans for business development and information technology. Many banking operations have been 100 per cent digitized.
