At the Economic Cooperative Forum in 2022 on September 23, the Prime Minister said the cooperative economy and cooperatives have not lived up to their potential. Growth in the sector is only half of general economic growth in country, and he listed eight groups of important solutions to promote digital transformation in the field.
PM identifies eight tasks for development of cooperative economy
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has said that the opportunities for and development potential of the collective economy and cooperatives remain significant, especially agricultural cooperatives. Among the eight key tasks and solutions he has outlined include those to promote the application of science and technology as well as innovation.
