To improve its ranking in the Department and District Competitiveness Index (DDCI) compiled by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Thanh Hoa Branch, Thanh Hoa city in the northern province of the same name needs to implement a range of synchronous solutions, taking administrative reform as a breakthrough measure and focusing on improving the quality of business support activities. Thanh Hoa city is the political, economic and cultural center of Thanh Hoa province, with more, larger, and better-performing enterprises than other localities.
