Enterprises still struggling to recruit workers
Recruitment demand at the beginning of the second quarter increased 5-10 per cent compared to the first quarter, especially in the service, commerce, and entertainment industries. Many businesses are paying higher salaries and offering attractive benefits but are still unable to fill vacancies.
