Top Vietnamese leader to pay state visits to Australia, New Zealand
The visits by General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam To Lam to the two Oceania countries will take place from August 9 – 14.
