CIEM proposes amending Intellectual Property Law
Despite posting high growth in recent times, Vietnam’s economy still faces a host of challenges. Intellectual property has been considered a tool for sustainable economic development. According to Ms. Tran Thi Hong Minh, Director of the Central Institute for Economic Management (CIEM), Vietnam needs to amend its Intellectual Property Law to integrate with global trends as well as promote digital transformation.
