Investment to increase for Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho Expressway link
Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh has approved adjustments to investment in connecting the Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho Expressway with the Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway. Capital has increased by VND600 billion ($26 million), to VND3.7 trillion ($161 million), to create a breakthrough in economic development for the two northern mountainous provinces.
