Occupancy rising in north's industrial real estate
The occupancy rate at industrial real estate in the northern key economic region is 87 per cent of the total of 20,567 ha, an increase of 2.35 per cent year-on-year. Bac Ninh and Hanoi continue to be the two leading markets, with occupancy of 99 per cent and 91 per cent, respectively.
