Lack of high-quality staff comes at a cost
Eighty per cent of the 4.7 million employees at FDI enterprises in Vietnam have no training certificates, and around 60 per cent of FDI enterprises have said it is difficult to find high-quality human resources. Limitations in labor quality lead to other consequences, not only lost investment opportunities but also widening the gap between local and foreign enterprises.
