Construction of 3 key national highways to begin before mid-2023
The government has decided on a series of specific mechanisms to ensure that construction of three highways begins before June 30, 2023: Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau, and Chau Doc - Can Tho - Soc Trang Phase 1, with total investment of more than VND84 trillion ($3.5 billion).
