Referring to the fact that Vietnam’s stock exchange became a member of the Association of ASEAN Stock Exchanges (ASEAN Exchanges) on September 30, the Ministry of Finance said that by participating in ASEAN Exchanges, the stock exchange can access information and experience in stock market management and institutionalize regional cooperation, to promote the integration of stock markets in the region.

Many foreign enterprises have recently expressed an interest in investing in Vietnam’s semiconductor industry. Analysts believe the country has an opportunity to become a prominent semiconductor manufacturing center in the region, and it needs to develop medium and long-term strategies to promote the industry.

The Embassy of Sweden in Vietnam, the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) organized the “Pioneer of Breakthroughs” program in sustainable development on June 2 and 3. The program included a technology exhibition and green technology products from Sweden, and seminars on sustainable energy, sustainable production, sustainable consumption, and sustainable raw materials. It was an opportunity for all parties to seek new ideas and new ways of thinking and better solutions to challenges to develop together sustainably.
