Opportunities to come from RCEP
Besides the opportunities the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) will bring once it comes into effect on January 1, 2022, such as increasing export opportunities to major markets, the challenges for Vietnamese enterprises are also significant. If Vietnam does not take advantage of the opportunities, they may become challenges.
