$4 bln set aside for Ring Road 4 in and around Hanoi
Hanoi has agreed to build the Ring Road No. 4 project in and around the capital with total investment of over VND94 trillion ($4 billion). The highest build-operate-transfer (BOT) toll is estimated at VND2,100 ($0.09) per km, imposed on vehicles of less than 12 seats. The route has a total length of over 111 km, passing through Hanoi and Hung Yen and Bac Ninh provinces, and is expected to be completed by 2030.
