The Hanoi People’s Committee has issued a document on strengthening State management over land, including inspections and examinations of the management and use of land. It will receive dossiers to settle administrative procedures, ensure the timely return of documents, and review any unreasonable procedures in land transactions that create problems for businesses and individuals.

As people in localities that have ended social distancing are keen to return to their hometowns, the Prime Minister (PM) has requested that these localities try to persuade them to remain in place. If they still wish to return to their hometown, there must be a list and a safe pick-up and drop-off system.
