PM: Continued admin reform a key measure

Speaking at a government meeting regarding legislation on January 19, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh noted that as Vietnam is a developing country with limited resources and in the process of building and perfecting its institutions in parallel with the requirement to strengthen State management, it is necessary to open up mechanisms and policies and create conditions for the development, mobilization, and effective use of all resources.
