Highway and expressway upgrades in north prioritized
While the Ministry of Transport has said it is impossible to balance capital sources to invest in all urgent projects serving socio-economic development during the 2021-2025 period, over VND2 trillion ($88.3 million) is to be set aside to upgrade National Highway No. 6 and the Hoa Binh - Son La Expressway in the country’s north.
