HCM City adds four housing projects eligible for foreign ownership
As of August 2026, the southern city has designated 148 commercial housing projects in which foreign individuals and organizations are eligible to own residential properties.
Foreigners can own residential properties in two Vinhomes projects
Foreign organizations and individuals are permitted to own up to 250 separate houses in each project developed by Vinhomes in northern Hung Yen province.
