Lack of high-tech human resources presenting problems
A shortage of high-tech human resources counts among the many challenges Vietnam is currently facing. The country needs about 450,000 programmers in the IT industry, but there are only about 430,000 with the necessary skills. One solution is to promote cooperation between schools and businesses to boost training.
