Capital support for Hoa Binh - Moc Chau Expressway prioritized

In an official document sent to the National Assembly delegation of northern Son La province, the Ministry of Transport said it will prioritize VND1.7 trillion ($75.09 million) in capital support for the building of the Hoa Binh - Moc Chau Expressway. The 85-km route, 36 km of which passes through Son La, will be implemented in the public-private partnership (PPP) form, with total investment of more than VND22 trillion ($971.4 million) in the first phase.
