ADB: Vietnam being the foundation for startup "unicorns"
According to a new report released by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Asia and the Pacific's next tech start-up "unicorn" may come from Vietnam, when the foundation to build a solid ecosystem that can support these businesses is well underway.
