Thanh Hoa starts construction of $100mln coastal road

Thanh Hoa starts construction of $100mln coastal road

Construction of a coastal road in north-central Thanh Hoa province with total investment of VND2.2 trillion ($96 million) got underway on December 12. The road will link the northern coast from Quang Ninh province to Nghe An province, and create the conditions for Thanh Hoa to soon become a new growth pole, along with Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Quang Ninh, becoming an economic quadrangle in northern Vietnam.
