MoT proposes upgrades to National Highway 1
The Ministry of Transport (MoT) has proposed the upgrade of five bridges and tunnels on National Highway No. 1 with total investment of VND2.22 trillion ($97.15 million), of which ODA loans of VND1.84 trillion ($80.33 million) will come from South Korea through the Economic Development Cooperation Fund and VND384 billion (more than $16.78 million) from domestic counterpart capital.
