Hanoi planning to set up toll booths in inner city areas
The Hanoi Department of Transport has compiled a plan on setting up 87 toll booths for vehicles entering inner city areas, to contribute to resolving traffic jams. There are currently 6.4 million vehicles on the capital’s streets, including 600,000 motor cars and 5.6 million motorbikes.
