WB supporting Hai Phong in climate change adaptation

Northern Hai Phong city is one of six cities around the world participating in the World Bank’s Climate Change Adaptation Program in Cities. At a meeting with Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee Tran Luu Quang on April 25, Ms. Carolyn Turk, Country Director of the World Bank in Vietnam, said that its expert groups will develop a detailed and effective coordination plan with the city in support of the “Project to Develop Hai Phong City to Adapt to Climate Change”.
