Binh Thuan proposes addition of local power projects to National Power Plan

South-central Binh Thuan province boasts many favorable conditions for electricity and renewable energy projects, especially offshore wind power and liquefied natural gas (LNG) power. To exploit its advantages and potential, the province has proposed adding 14 onshore and eight offshore wind power projects, 62 solar power projects, the Ke Ga Cape LNG gas power project, and a stored hydroelectric power project to the National Power Plan, to create a breakthrough and provide motivation in renewable and gas energy.
