The Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has proposed the Ministry of Planning and Investment appraise the investment policy for the first phase of a project to build an industrial park (IP) in the north-central province’s Hoang Hoa district.
The WHA Smart Technology - Thanh Hoa IP would cover over 178.5 ha in the first phase, with investment capital estimated at $55 million.
It will give priority to attracting investors in the supporting industry and the high-tech industry, with advanced administration and modern and environmentally-friendly production technology.
The IP will be built by WHA Industrial Development, a leading industrial realty developer in Thailand.
WHA’s first project in Vietnam was the WHA Industrial Park 1 in the north-central province of Nghe An, which neighbors Thanh Hoa.
