The Vietnam New Economy Forum 24 - the second annual edition - is slated for October 16 in Hanoi with the theme “Ushering in a new economy: A revolution in the twin digital – green transition & the pioneering role of businesses”.
The annual event will be co-organized by VnEconomy/ Vietnam Economic Times (VET), and the Central Institute for Economic Management (CIEM) under the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
At the forum, discussion will focus on dynamic practice of innovation and creativity, and application of digital technology and AI in the process of digital - green transition by businesses across various economic sectors.
On that basis, participants will identify solutions to tackle, adjust and issue related mechanisms and policies to create conditions to achieve set targets.
The event is expected to draw 200-300 delegates, including representatives from the Party, State, Government, National Assembly, relevant ministries and agencies, businesses and international organizations and associations such as the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, and the United Nation Development Program (UNDP).
