Vietnam and South Korea will enhance cooperation to promote the start-up ecosystem under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the Vietnamese Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) and the Korean Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS) on July 2.

Under the MoU, the two sides will promote human resources training, research and exchanges of information in technology, startup and innovation.

They will also exchange businessmen, researchers, lecturers, students and experts for the startup ecosystem of the two countries; co-organize events relating to technology and innovation; and facilitate business activities for the startup ecosystem.

Focus will also be placed on establishing infrastructure, supporting investment and connecting innovation centers.
