Vietnamese Prime Minister Le Minh Hung attended the 18th BRICS Summit in New Delhi, India, as the representative of a BRICS partner country, at the invitation of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

On the sidelines of the 18th BRICS Summit in New Delhi, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung on September 12 met with GMR Group Chairman Grandhi Mallikarjuna Rao and World Trade Organization (WTO) Director-General Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala.

During his talks with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on September 12, Vietnamese Prime Minister Le Minh Hung said Vietnam welcomed investment by major Indian corporations, particularly in technology, infrastructure, energy and pharmaceuticals.

One of the system's key features is its ability to establish multidimensional links among data on science and technology organizations, scientists, science and technology tasks, and scientific publications.

Vietnam and France reaffirmed the importance of maintaining peace, security, and stability in the East Sea and of full respect for the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).

The system should be restructured with intermediaries reduced as much as possible, input costs lowered and the fuel pricing mechanism reformed to ensure adequate supplies under all circumstances.
