Vietnam’s digital technology sector generated revenues of more than VND3.27 quadrillion ($123 billion) in the third quarter of 2025, up 28% year-on-year, according to the Ministry of Science and Technology.
The export value of hardware and electronics reached over VND2.9 quadrillion ($109.4 billion), representing a 27% increase from the same period last year. High-tech products accounted for 48.36% of the sector’s total export value in Q3.
As of August, Vietnam had six established high-tech zones and more than 77,000 digital technology enterprises and 31 high-tech firms in operation nationwide.
