VinFast officially delivered the first 45 VF 8 City Edition vehicles to customers on March 1 (March 2 in Vietnam), officially kicking-off its presence in the North American market. The next batch of City Edition vehicles will be delivered to VinFast showrooms or to customers’ homes in the days to come.

The delivery of the first VinFast vehicles are from a batch of 999 City Edition motor cars shipped to the US in December. The VF8 City Edition Eco and Plus models have an EPA estimated range of 207 and 191 miles, respectively.

The model is equipped with a wide range of advanced technologies, including ADAS and Smart Services. After going into operation, VinFast’s firmware over-the-air (FOTA) will provide all vehicles with regular updates designed to enhance vehicle functionality, performance, and user experience.

VinFast also offers outstanding after-sales policies, including a ten-year warranty on vehicles and batteries, mobile services, 24/7 roadside assistance, and much more, to ensure peace of mind for customers.

“The event drew tremendous attention from our U.S. consumers,” said Mr. Gareth Dunsmore, VinFast Deputy CEO, Global Sales & Marketing. “It’s extremely gratifying to fulfil our delivery promise and to witness the excitement our customers have for the VinFast brand. This is a great moment for all of us and additional motivation to continually strive to exceed the expectations of our valued customers.”

VinFast will continue to hold large-scale test drive events across California to provide customers with a hands-on experience to interact with its products and services.
