Wellness real estate much sought after

According to Proven Partners, the top priority of high-end customers who want to buy real estate is that the project be associated with health factors and a wellness experience. In Vietnam, a number of real estate projects in health have appeared over the past two years but have not yet met demand. It is estimated that, each year, more than 40,000 Vietnamese people spend over $2 billion going abroad for medical purposes.
